We operate as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA), partnering with multiple banks and Non-Banking
Financial Companies (NBFCs) to help users compare and access the best available home loan offers
based on their eligibility and financial profile.
It is important to note the following:
- We are not a bank or NBFC. We do not disburse loan amounts directly to your account.
- We do not charge any processing fees or upfront costs from our users at any stage of the
process.
- As a DSA, we are only authorized to collect your basic documents and application details,
and forward them to the respective bank or NBFC only with your consent and if you meet their
eligibility criteria.
- We never charge users for our services. All our earnings are in the form of commissions from
the banks or NBFCs we are partnered with — never from you.
